Divas In Power (DIP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities through service, advocacy, and support for individuals with special needs and the underprivileged. Founded on September 16, 2016, by Chairwoman and Founder Ms. Patrice Ables Vance, our mission is rooted in creating a positive impact both locally and globally.
We proudly serve 17 regions across the United States and internationally, offering opportunities for individuals passionate about making a difference to join our cause.

Our Volunteer Activities Include:
• Supporting athletes at the World Special Olympics in Seattle with the “Explosive Dazzle” initiative.
• Raising funds for the Lighthouse Mentoring Center to provide holiday gifts for young adult foster youth.
• Hosting breast cancer awareness and support activities.
• Offering assistance to the homeless and survivors of domestic abuse.
• Giving back to underserved families by volunteering with Legends Hospitality to provide donations that support their sporting activities.
We are actively seeking new Divas to join our team and help us spread love and empowerment throughout local communities and across the globe.

Our Story
How It All It Began….
Divas In Power was born in September 2016, out of a dream shared by a group of strong, determined women. What started as a consortium of female Independent Travel Agents quickly became something so much bigger—an opportunity to uplift one another, make a difference, and inspire change in the communities we hold close to our hearts.
Our journey hasn’t been easy, but every challenge we’ve faced has made us stronger. It’s taken courage to step into the unknown, patience to grow, and an unwavering belief in our mission to keep moving forward. The heart of Divas In Power is our resilience—the ability to see possibility where others see obstacles, and to keep showing up for the people who need us most.
Over the years, we’ve grown into a family of over 150 incredible women who are bound by a shared purpose: to give back, to lift each other up, and to leave a legacy of kindness and compassion. Together, we’ve organized initiatives that have changed lives, offered support to those in need, and reminded ourselves of the beauty in serving others.
Divas In Power is more than an organization; it’s a testament to what can happen when women come together with a vision and an open heart. And the best part? We’re just getting started.
